Demand a Fair and Just Peace for Ukraine—No Deals That Reward Aggression

Goal: Ensure that the United States and its allies stand firm against any peace deal that pressures Ukraine to cede territory or accept terms favorable to Russia.

As world leaders gather in Washington to discuss the future of Ukraine, we must ensure that any peace agreement upholds justice, sovereignty, and the rights of the Ukrainian people. We call on the United States and European leaders to reject any settlement that legitimizes Russia’s aggression or forces Ukraine to surrender its territory.

The ongoing war in Ukraine has already claimed tens of thousands of lives and displaced millions. As President Zelenskiy and European leaders meet with President Trump in Washington, there is growing concern that the U.S. administration may pressure Ukraine into accepting a peace deal that rewards Russian aggression and undermines Ukrainian sovereignty.

Recent statements and diplomatic maneuvers suggest that Ukraine could be asked to give up control of the Donetsk region or make other unacceptable concessions. Such a deal would set a dangerous precedent, emboldening future acts of aggression and violating the fundamental principle that borders cannot be changed by force.

Ukraine's right to self-determination and territorial integrity must not be compromised. Peace must be just, durable, and uphold international law. We urge all leaders involved in these negotiations to stand with the Ukrainian people and reject any agreement that sacrifices their rights or security.
