Former US President Donald Trump recently suggested that Ukraine could 'end the war with Russia almost immediately' by making concessions, including giving up on NATO membership and accepting the loss of Crimea. Such statements risk legitimizing aggression and violate Ukraine's right to choose its own future.
We believe that peace must be based on justice, not on the forced capitulation of the victim to the aggressor. The international community must stand with Ukraine, support its sovereignty, and ensure that any negotiations are led by the Ukrainian people, free from external pressure to surrender their rights or territory.
