Target: President of the United States, European Heads of State, and NATO leadership
Goal: Urge the U.S. government and European leaders to provide unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty, ensure robust security guarantees, and pursue a just and lasting peace that respects the rights and self-determination of the Ukrainian people.
President Zelenskyy’s arrival in Washington comes at a critical juncture for Ukraine and the international community. After years of war and the illegal occupation of Crimea and parts of Donbas, Ukraine’s right to self-determination remains under threat. Recent meetings between U.S. and Russian leaders have failed to produce clear commitments to end the violence or hold Russia accountable for its actions.
As global citizens, we call on the U.S., European Union, and NATO to move beyond rhetoric and take concrete steps to support Ukraine. Peace must not come at the expense of justice or territorial integrity. We reject any proposals that would force Ukraine to cede territory or compromise its sovereignty. Instead, we demand a diplomatic process grounded in international law, human rights, and the will of the Ukrainian people.
Only through strong, coordinated action can we end the war and ensure lasting security for Ukraine and Europe. We urge all leaders meeting in Washington to listen to the voices of Ukrainians and uphold their right to peace, freedom, and self-determination.
