Target: Presidents of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia; European Union leadership; United Nations Secretary-General
Goal: We call upon the governments of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia to commit to transparent, inclusive, and binding trilateral negotiations that respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and prioritize the protection of human rights and the cessation of violence.
The war in Ukraine has resulted in thousands of deaths, displacement of millions, and widespread destruction. President Zelensky has called for a trilateral format—including Kyiv, Washington, and Moscow—to address the main issues and secure a fair, swift, and effective peace agreement. The international community, including the EU and NATO, has expressed support for Ukraine’s independence and the principle that borders must not be changed by force.
We urge all parties to engage in genuine negotiations that guarantee Ukraine’s sovereignty, ensure practical security guarantees, and involve European partners in building a sustainable peace. The process must be transparent, uphold human rights, and center the voices of those most affected by the conflict.
It is time to prioritize diplomacy, protect civilians, and work towards a just resolution that respects international law and the will of the Ukrainian people.
