Air Canada's 10,000 flight attendants are courageously standing up for their rights by defying an unconstitutional return-to-work order. Their struggle is a fight for fair labor practices and the protection of union power in Canada.

Air Canada's flight attendants, represented by their union, have taken a bold stand by refusing to comply with the Canada Industrial Relations Board's return-to-work order, which they have called unconstitutional. This order undermines the fundamental right to collective bargaining and threatens the ability of workers to negotiate fair contracts and safe working conditions.

The shutdown has disrupted travel for 130,000 people daily, but the blame lies not with the workers, but with management and government authorities who refuse to engage in good-faith negotiations. Workers deserve respect, fair pay, and safe conditions, not legal threats and forced labor.

We call on Air Canada and the Canadian government to immediately rescind the return-to-work order, respect the union's right to collective action, and return to the bargaining table in good faith. The rights of workers must never be sacrificed for corporate profit or convenience.
