Target: U.S. Congress, President of the United States, and the Department of State
Goal: We call on U.S. leaders to reaffirm support for Ukraine, reject any deals that cede Ukrainian territory to Russia, and hold Russia accountable for its illegal invasion and war crimes.
The Trump-Putin summit on the war in Ukraine ended without a ceasefire, concrete commitments, or transparency. Reports indicate that the U.S. is now considering a plan that would allow Russia to control the Donbas region in exchange for vague assurances, effectively rewarding aggression and undermining international law.
Such actions disregard the suffering of Ukrainian civilians and the principles of sovereignty and self-determination. By validating Putin and failing to stand with Ukraine and our NATO allies, the U.S. risks further destabilizing the region and encouraging future acts of aggression.
We urge our leaders to reject any deals that cede Ukrainian territory, increase support for Ukraine’s defense, and pursue accountability for Russian war crimes. The U.S. must stand on the side of democracy, human rights, and international law.
