Goal: Ensure all negotiations regarding Ukraine are transparent and include Ukrainian representatives.
The upcoming summit between President Trump and President Putin in Alaska raises serious concerns about transparency and the exclusion of Ukraine from discussions that directly impact its sovereignty and future. The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has already warned that any decisions made without Ukraine's participation are illegitimate and undermine the principles of self-determination and international law.
We, the undersigned, demand that the US and Russian governments commit to open, transparent negotiations and ensure that Ukraine is fully represented in any talks about its future. The people of Ukraine deserve a voice in decisions that affect their lives, safety, and territorial integrity.
We call on US Congress to exercise oversight, and for the international community to support Ukraine’s right to participate in all negotiations concerning its fate.
