Target: President Donald Trump, the U.S. Administration, and Congressional leaders
Goal: Urge the U.S. government and President Trump to provide strong, enforceable security guarantees to Ukraine, and to prioritize international cooperation over unilateral negotiations with Russia.
Ukraine continues to face aggression and occupation by Russian forces. While European allies have pledged unwavering support for Ukraine, recent diplomatic moves risk sidelining Ukrainian voices and undermining the principle of self-determination. President Zelenskyy and European leaders are now in Washington to advocate for real security guarantees and to counter the dangers of backroom deals that exclude those most affected.
It is critical that the United States stands in solidarity with Ukraine and its European partners. Any negotiations with Russia must include Ukrainian representation and respect Ukraine's sovereignty. Weak or ambiguous security commitments will only embolden further aggression and threaten global stability.
We call on President Trump and U.S. leaders to reject unilateral negotiations with Russia, to include Ukraine at every stage of talks, and to deliver robust, binding security guarantees that protect Ukrainian democracy and territorial integrity.
