Goal: We call on the U.S. government to reject any peace proposal that involves ceding Ukrainian territory to Russia and to stand firmly in support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Recent reports indicate that the U.S. administration is considering territorial concessions to Russia as part of a so-called 'peace deal' following the Alaska summit between President Trump and President Putin. This approach undermines Ukrainian sovereignty and sets a dangerous precedent for international law and the rights of nations to self-determination.

The recent summit between President Trump and President Putin has raised grave concerns about the direction of U.S. foreign policy regarding Ukraine. Reports suggest that the administration is considering supporting Russia's control over the eastern Donbas region in exchange for vague 'security guarantees.' Such concessions would legitimize Russia's illegal invasion and occupation, violate international law, and betray the Ukrainian people who continue to resist aggression.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has made it clear that any proposal to cede territory to Russia is unacceptable and would only embolden further aggression. The world must not reward military invasions with land and legitimacy.
