Target: Prime Minister Keir Starmer, President Emmanuel Macron, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, President Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and all leaders attending the Washington summit
Goal: We call on Prime Minister Keir Starmer and all European leaders to firmly reject any peace deal that legitimizes Russia's illegal occupation of Ukrainian land, and to demand an immediate ceasefire that protects Ukrainian sovereignty and civilian lives.
The upcoming summit in Washington DC brings together key European leaders, President Trump, and President Zelensky to discuss the future of Ukraine. Media reports indicate that President Trump is considering urging Ukraine to agree to Russia's demands, which include ceding the occupied regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. This would reward aggression and set a dangerous precedent for international law and human rights.
We are deeply concerned that any agreement based on forced concessions or territorial loss undermines Ukraine's sovereignty and the right of its people to self-determination. Peace must not come at the expense of justice, accountability, and the safety of civilians. We urge all leaders to prioritize an immediate ceasefire, meaningful diplomatic engagement, and robust international support for Ukrainian democracy and reconstruction.
As citizens, we demand that our leaders stand on the side of justice and human rights, and refuse to legitimize land grabs or coercive peace deals.
