Target: U.S. Congress and the White House
Goal: We call on Congress and the administration to take decisive action to support Ukraine, uphold international law, and impose meaningful consequences on Russia for its ongoing war and human rights abuses.
The recent summit between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin has left the world questioning America's commitment to peace, justice, and the sovereignty of nations. By abandoning the demand for an immediate ceasefire and instead pursuing a vague 'peace accord'—a position echoing Putin's own interests—the U.S. risks legitimizing Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine and undermining the rights of the Ukrainian people.
While European leaders were relieved that no territory was ceded, the lack of concrete outcomes and the optics of President Trump warmly welcoming Putin on U.S. soil send a dangerous signal. Putin, accused of grave human rights abuses and responsible for the largest ground invasion in Europe since World War II, should not be given a platform to reclaim legitimacy on the world stage.
Congress must act where the administration has failed. We demand immediate, tough, and targeted sanctions on Russia, robust support for Ukraine's defense, and a clear stance that any peace process must center Ukrainian sovereignty and self-determination. Diplomatic engagement must not come at the cost of justice or international law. Enough is enough—America must stand on the right side of history.
