Target: President Donald Trump, President Volodymyr Zelensky, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, President Emmanuel Macron, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and all participating European and US officials.
Goal: Ensure that any peace negotiations on Ukraine uphold Ukrainian sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the right to self-determination, and do not legitimize Russia’s illegal annexations or military advances.
The ongoing war in Ukraine has caused immense suffering, displacement, and loss of life. Recent reports indicate that President Trump, following a summit with Vladimir Putin, is considering proposals that would allow Russia to consolidate control over parts of eastern Ukraine in exchange for a temporary halt to further offensives. We urge all negotiators to prioritize human rights, justice, and the long-term security of Ukraine and Europe. Any settlement must include robust security guarantees for Ukraine, accountability for war crimes, and a clear path for refugees and displaced persons to return home safely.
