Demand Stronger Sanctions on Russia Until a Just Peace is Achieved for Ukraine

Target: United States Government, European Union, UK Government, and G7 Leaders
Goal: We urge the United States, European Union, and allied governments to strengthen and enforce comprehensive sanctions on Russia until a fair, inclusive peace process is established and Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty are guaranteed.
The ongoing war in Ukraine continues to cause immense suffering and instability. Recent discussions between the US and Russian presidents have excluded Ukraine from critical negotiations about its own future. President Zelensky has rightly demanded that Ukraine be included in all talks, and that sanctions on Russia be strengthened if Russia refuses to engage in genuine, inclusive peace negotiations.
Sanctions are an important tool to pressure aggressors and defend international law. We support President Zelensky's call for tougher penalties on Russia if it continues to evade meaningful peace talks or undermines Ukraine's sovereignty. The international community must not reward aggression or allow backroom deals that sacrifice Ukrainian rights and territory.
We demand that all negotiations regarding Ukraine's future be transparent, inclusive, and uphold the principles of self-determination and justice. Until these conditions are met, sanctions and diplomatic pressure on Russia must be increased and strictly enforced.
