The recent summit in Anchorage between President Trump and President Putin has raised grave concerns among the international community and the people of Ukraine. Reports suggest that the US is now backing a plan that would force Ukraine to cede the rest of the Donbas region to Russia, including areas not currently occupied by Russian troops. This proposal, which sidesteps the urgent need for a ceasefire, threatens to legitimize territorial aggression and set a dangerous precedent for international relations.
