Target: Leaders of France, Germany, Britain, and the European Union
Goal: Urge France, Germany, Britain, and the European Union to reject any peace plan negotiated without Ukraine’s full participation, and to maintain pressure on Russia until a just and lasting peace is achieved.
The ongoing war in Ukraine, now in its fourth year, has resulted in immense suffering and displacement. Yet, recent diplomatic summits—most notably between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin—have sidelined Ukraine and its European allies, proposing deals that would cede Ukrainian territory in exchange for a temporary halt to violence. Such proposals reward aggression and undermine the principles of sovereignty and self-determination.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and EU leaders have rightly criticized these backroom negotiations as attempts to buy time for further military advances, rather than steps toward genuine peace. The people of Ukraine must not be forced to accept unjust terms or territorial losses dictated by outside powers.
We urge European leaders to uphold human rights, international law, and the voices of those most affected. Peace must not come at the expense of justice or democracy. Stand with Ukraine and demand a fair, inclusive process that centers Ukrainian agency and rejects any settlement imposed by force.
