Goal: Our goal is to urge US and European leaders to reject any plan that would force Ukraine to cede its territory to Russia, and to support Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The reported support by former President Trump for Russia's plan to seize control of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, and freeze the front lines in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, undermines Ukraine's sovereignty and the principles of international law. Any deal that legitimizes territorial conquest by force sets a dangerous precedent, threatens global security, and disregards the will of the Ukrainian people.
President Zelensky has made clear that Ukraine cannot and will not accept the loss of its territory. We call on all democratic governments and international bodies to stand in solidarity with Ukraine, reject any forced territorial concessions, and increase diplomatic and material support for Ukraine’s defense and reconstruction.
