Goal: We call on the U.S. government and all negotiating parties to reject any peace agreement that forces Ukraine to cede territory, abandon its democratic aspirations, or disarm under threat. We demand a transparent, democratic process that centers the voices
Recent reports suggest that diplomatic pressure is mounting on Ukraine to accept a so-called 'peace plan' that would require giving up large swathes of its territory, abandoning hopes of joining NATO or the EU, and disarming its military—all in exchange for a fragile ceasefire and the lifting of sanctions on Russia. Such a plan would reward aggression, legitimize the illegal annexation of Ukrainian land, and set a dangerous precedent for international relations.
History has shown that so-called 'guarantees' of security are worthless when not backed by real commitment and accountability. Ukrainians have already paid a heavy price for defending their freedom and democracy. Any peace agreement must be based on justice, respect for Ukraine's territorial integrity, and the will of its people—not the interests of foreign powers or the ambitions of autocrats.
We urge U.S. leaders and all parties to the negotiations to:

- Reject any peace agreement that requires Ukraine to cede territory or abandon its sovereignty.
- Ensure that all negotiations are transparent and include meaningful participation from Ukrainian civil society and democratic representatives.
- Maintain and strengthen sanctions on Russia until it fully withdraws from occupied Ukrainian territories.
- Guarantee Ukraine's right to pursue membership in international organizations such as NATO and the EU.
- Provide robust, long-term security guarantees that are enforceable and not subject to unilateral withdrawal.
- Oppose any economic deals that exploit Ukraine's resources without fair, democratic oversight and benefit to the Ukrainian people.
