Target: US President Donald Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and the European Commission
Goal: Ensure that all negotiations and diplomatic efforts regarding the Ukraine-Russia conflict are transparent, inclusive, and prioritize human rights, peace, and the sovereignty of affected nations.
We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and public accountability in the recent discussions between US and Russian leadership regarding the ongoing war in Ukraine. While diplomatic engagement is essential, it is critical that such talks are conducted openly, with the involvement of all stakeholders, especially those directly affected by the conflict.
Poland's President Karol Nawrocki has emphasized the need for a fair resolution, and the European Commission has acknowledged the importance of these talks. However, the voices of civil society, Ukrainian communities, and peace advocates must not be sidelined. The Kremlin's aggressive actions, including hybrid operations, must be unequivocally condemned and opposed in all negotiations.
We call on all parties to prioritize peace, uphold international law, and ensure that any agreements or diplomatic efforts are subject to democratic scrutiny and public input.

- Guarantee transparency in all diplomatic negotiations regarding the Ukraine-Russia conflict, including public disclosure of discussion topics and outcomes.
- Ensure the meaningful inclusion of Ukrainian representatives, civil society organizations, and affected communities in all peace talks and diplomatic processes.

- Condemn and oppose all forms of aggression, including hybrid operations, and demand the Kremlin end its neo-imperial policies.
- Subject any proposed agreements or diplomatic initiatives to democratic oversight and public debate within the United States, Europe, and Ukraine.
