Target: President of the United States, US Congress, European Union leaders, United Nations Secretary-General
Goal: Demand that all negotiations regarding Ukraine’s future are conducted transparently, with Ukrainian leadership at the center, and that no territorial concessions or alliance decisions are imposed without the democratic consent of the Ukrainian people.
The proposed peace terms reportedly negotiated between President Trump and President Putin would require Ukraine to give up significant portions of its eastern regions and abandon its aspirations to join NATO. These discussions, held without full and transparent Ukrainian participation, threaten Ukraine’s sovereignty and ignore the will of its people.
Any agreement that forces Ukraine to make territorial concessions or limits its right to choose its own alliances violates international law and the principles of self-determination. Security guarantees that fall short of NATO Article 5 protections leave Ukraine vulnerable to future aggression and fail to address the root causes of the conflict.
We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and demand that their voices are not sidelined in international negotiations. The future of Ukraine must be decided by Ukrainians, not imposed by foreign powers.
