Target: U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the international community
Goal: We call on U.S. and global leaders to take immediate, transparent, and meaningful action to end the war in Ukraine, protect civilians, and uphold international law.
The recent summit between President Trump and President Putin was billed as a step toward peace in Ukraine, yet it produced no tangible progress. While both leaders described the talks as 'constructive,' they failed to announce any agreement or ceasefire, leaving millions of Ukrainians at risk and prolonging the deadliest conflict in Europe since World War II.
Instead of concrete plans to stop the violence, we witnessed political theater and vague assurances. Meanwhile, economic decisions—like delaying tariffs on China for buying Russian oil and imposing new tariffs on India—ignore the urgent need for a just, peaceful resolution in Ukraine.
We cannot allow diplomatic photo-ops to replace real action. The world must demand accountability, transparency, and a genuine commitment to peace, human rights, and the sovereignty of Ukraine.
Key Demands
- Commit publicly to a clear, time-bound roadmap for a ceasefire and withdrawal of Russian forces from Ukraine.
- Ensure all peace negotiations include Ukrainian representatives and civil society voices, not just heads of state.
- Increase humanitarian aid and protections for Ukrainian civilians affected by the war.
- Uphold international law and hold accountable those responsible for war crimes and human rights violations.
- Reject economic decisions that prioritize profit over peace, and ensure sanctions and tariffs are used to support justice and human rights.
