Target: President of the United States, US Congress, European Union leaders, and NATO member governments
Goal: We call on the US government and all allied leaders to provide Ukraine with real, enforceable, and transparent security guarantees that protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity, rather than vague, non-binding promises.
Ukraine has faced years of aggression and invasion, with its people paying the ultimate price for defending their democracy and independence. While the US and European leaders discuss a new, non-NATO security guarantee for Ukraine, such proposals fall short of the clear, enforceable protections that Ukraine needs and deserves. Vague guarantees, negotiated behind closed doors and potentially influenced by Russia, risk undermining Ukraine’s sovereignty and emboldening further aggression.
We demand that the US and its allies act with courage and clarity: any security guarantee for Ukraine must be binding, transparent, and include meaningful mechanisms for enforcement. Anything less is a betrayal of Ukraine’s right to self-determination and a dangerous precedent for international law and order.
We urge leaders to center Ukrainian voices in all negotiations, reject secret deals with aggressors, and commit to the principle that no nation’s security should be traded away for political convenience.
