Target: United States Government, European Union, United Nations, and all parties engaged in diplomatic negotiations regarding Ukraine.
Goal: We urge global leaders and international organizations to reject any agreement that legitimizes territorial conquest and to stand firmly in support of Ukraine's sovereignty and self-determination.
The Financial Times has reported that President Putin, during a meeting with former President Trump, suggested that Russia would freeze its military advances in southern Ukraine if Ukraine ceded the Donetsk region. This proposal, if accepted, would reward aggression and undermine the fundamental principles of international law.
We believe that peace cannot be achieved by legitimizing the forcible annexation of territory. Any diplomatic solution must respect Ukraine's internationally recognized borders and the rights of its people. We call on policymakers and negotiators to reject any settlement that involves territorial concessions and to prioritize a just and lasting peace based on respect for sovereignty and human rights.
