Target: European Council, European Commission, and the governments of France, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom
Goal: We call on European leaders to move beyond statements and take concrete, immediate steps to support Ukraine and hold Russia accountable.
Following the Alaska summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, European leaders—including France's Emmanuel Macron, Italy's Giorgia Meloni, Germany's Friedrich Merz, the UK's Keir Starmer, and EU Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen—have expressed solidarity with Ukraine and pledged continued support. However, words alone are not enough. As the situation in Ukraine remains dire, we urge European leaders to take meaningful action to defend Ukrainian sovereignty, support Ukrainian people, and ensure accountability for Russian aggression. We, the undersigned, demand that European governments implement robust measures to provide military, humanitarian, and economic support to Ukraine, enforce strict sanctions against Russia, and protect refugees fleeing the conflict.

- Implement and enforce stronger economic sanctions against Russia and those complicit in the aggression.
- Provide safe haven and support for Ukrainian refugees across Europe.
