Target: President Donald Trump, U.S. Congress, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the White House National Security Council

Goal: We call on the U.S. government to ensure that all negotiations regarding the Ukraine conflict are transparent, inclusive, and accountable to the international community, centering the voices of Ukrainians and their democratically elected leadership.

Recent talks between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have left the global community in the dark regarding any concrete steps toward ending the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The exclusion of Ukrainian and European leaders from these critical discussions undermines the prospects for a just and lasting peace.

The recent Alaska summit between President Trump and President Putin ended without a clear plan or public commitment to end Russia's aggression in Ukraine. The lack of Ukrainian and European representation at the table is deeply concerning and risks sidelining those most affected by the war. Secretive backroom deals and the absence of transparency only embolden authoritarian actors and threaten the sovereignty of Ukraine.

We urge the U.S. government to uphold democratic values by ensuring that any negotiations regarding Ukraine's future are conducted openly and with the full participation of Ukraine and its allies. The U.S. must not allow Russia to dictate terms or further erode international law. Peace can only be achieved through accountability, justice, and respect for the rights and wishes of the Ukrainian people.

Key Demands

Guarantee full transparency in all negotiations related to Ukraine, including public disclosure of agreements and negotiation frameworks.
Ensure the direct participation of Ukrainian leadership and European allies in all future talks concerning Ukraine's sovereignty and security.
Reject any agreements that legitimize Russia's illegal occupation of Ukrainian territory or undermine Ukraine's territorial integrity.
Increase support for Ukraine's self-defense and humanitarian needs until a just peace is secured.
Commit to ongoing Congressional oversight of all diplomatic engagements with Russia concerning Ukraine.
