Target: President Joe Biden and the U.S. Department of State

Goal: Ensure that any ceasefire or peace agreement regarding the war in Ukraine is negotiated transparently, with direct participation from Ukraine, and upholds the principles of sovereignty and self-determination.

Recent high-level talks between the U.S. and Russia have raised concerns that Ukraine could be sidelined in negotiations that will determine the country's future and the security of Europe.

The latest U.S.-Russia summit concluded ahead of schedule as discussions about a potential ceasefire in Ukraine took center stage. However, reports indicate that Ukraine may not have been directly involved in these talks, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy and fairness of any agreement reached without their participation.

History has shown that peace deals made without the voices of those most affected are unsustainable and risk entrenching unjust outcomes. The Ukrainian people have the right to determine their own future, free from external imposition or backroom deals that could freeze current hostilities and undermine their sovereignty.
