Demand Transparent and Inclusive Trilateral Peace Talks for Ukraine

Target: U.S. President, Russian President, Ukrainian President, and international mediators
Goal: Ensure that upcoming discussions between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine are held openly, with meaningful Ukrainian representation and a clear commitment to a just and lasting peace.
With the scheduled meeting between the U.S. and Russian presidents in Alaska, there is a historic opportunity to move toward ending the war in Ukraine. However, peace cannot be achieved behind closed doors or without the direct involvement of the Ukrainian people and their democratically elected representatives. We call on all parties to guarantee that any trilateral talks are:
- Open and transparent, with regular public updates.
- Inclusive of Ukrainian civil society voices and those most affected by the conflict.
- Firmly committed to upholding international law and human rights.
Lasting peace requires more than political deals—it demands justice, accountability, and the active participation of those whose lives are at stake. We urge you to center the needs and rights of the Ukrainian people in all negotiations and to reject any agreements that compromise their sovereignty or dignity.
