Target: US President Donald Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff
Goal: Ensure that any negotiations regarding Ukraine’s future are transparent, inclusive, and respect Ukraine’s right to self-determination.
The fate of Ukraine should not be decided behind closed doors by foreign powers. The recent summit between President Trump and President Putin, held without Ukrainian representation, risks undermining Ukraine’s sovereignty and the principles of international law. Any agreement or ceasefire must be made with full participation from Ukraine and its democratically elected leaders.
We call on US officials to commit to transparent, inclusive peace negotiations that center Ukrainian voices and uphold the rights of all affected communities. The people of Ukraine deserve agency over their own future, and any process that excludes them is unacceptable.
