Target: President Donald Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the U.S. State Department

Goal: Ensure that any negotiations about the future of Ukraine include Ukrainian representatives and are conducted transparently, with full respect for Ukraine's sovereignty and international law.

The recent summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska threatens to sideline Ukraine and undermine democratic principles of transparency and self-determination.

On June 7th, 2025, President Trump and President Putin met in Alaska for a high-stakes summit with the potential to reshape the war in Ukraine and U.S.-Russia relations. Notably, no Ukrainian or European leaders were invited to participate, violating the principle of 'nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine.' This exclusion raises serious concerns that the interests and voices of the Ukrainian people will be ignored in any potential deal.

We, the undersigned, call on President Trump and the U.S. government to uphold democratic values, international law, and Ukraine's sovereignty. Negotiations that impact Ukraine's future must not occur behind closed doors or without Ukrainian representation. The American people and the global community demand transparency, accountability, and respect for the rights of all affected nations.
