Target: U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee and Congressional Leadership
Goal: To ensure transparency, accountability, and non-partisan oversight in all Congressional intelligence activities, and to protect the public’s right to know.
Allegations of selective leaks, partisan manipulation, and suppression of dissenting reports within Congressional intelligence committees threaten the integrity of our democracy. For too long, both major parties have used their positions to control the narrative, restrict access to information, and prevent public scrutiny of critical issues. This lack of transparency undermines trust in our institutions and silences legitimate concerns from both lawmakers and the public.
We call for immediate reforms to ensure that intelligence oversight is conducted in the public interest, not for partisan gain. All committee proceedings, findings, and reports—except those genuinely requiring classification for national security—should be made accessible to the public. Whistleblower protections must be strengthened, and all members of oversight committees should be held to the highest ethical standards, with clear consequences for misuse of classified information or suppression of dissent.
We urge Congressional leadership to implement these reforms and restore faith in our democratic processes.
