Target: Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, President Donald J. Trump, and Members of Congress
Goal: Demand an immediate halt to the expansion and militarization of ICE, and call for investment in community-based alternatives that protect—not police—our neighborhoods.
The recent rollout of a new ICE fleet, emblazoned with aggressive slogans and political branding, is part of a broader effort to expand federal policing and immigration enforcement in our cities. The campaign, which includes lucrative recruitment bonuses and a highly produced video featuring militaristic imagery and music, coincides with increased federal patrols and checkpoints in Washington, D.C.—all under the direct control of the Trump administration.
These actions escalate fear and uncertainty for immigrant families, Black and Brown communities, and all those who value civil liberties. The reopening of the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement office and the reported surge in ICE arrests further entrench a punitive approach to migration, rather than addressing root causes or investing in humane solutions.
We must reject the normalization of militarized policing and the targeting of vulnerable communities. Instead, we call for policies that prioritize human rights, due process, and community well-being over intimidation and enforcement. Join us in demanding an end to the expansion of ICE and a redirection of resources toward services that uplift, not oppress.
